  "I have been a Water-Doctor customer since 2003 when I moved into my new home. At the time, I needed to install a water purification system and pressure tank. After researching several water companies, I found The Water-Doctor. Meeting their technicians and interacting with their staff has been serendipitous! This is a family-owned business and I have found them and their service to be consistently excellent. I have owned 5 homes in my life and am familiar with a range of quality (or the lack thereof) of home services companies. I have had some complicated water service needs and Water-Doctor's staff always work diligently to solve problems successfully. A company and their services are only as good as their people. I appreciate the value of talented and committed people, especially when they are honest, competent and professional! I cannot give higher praise.   "When we moved from the city to the county improving our water treatment system was a priority. But, we had very little knowledge about what exactly was needed. Each company that came in to give us an estimate, gave us different information. It was confusing. Then Vicky with the Water Doctor came to give us her recommendation and an estimate. She explained what we needed and all the reasoning behind it. She was matter of fact and not trying to oversell us. Her honesty was refreshing and we knew she was someone we could trust. The Water Doctor did the job for us and we were happy with the work and happy to have found an honest company to work with.
